There’s a new leading lady in Pete Davidson’s life, and according to insiders, she stays away from the spotlight. Per a new report from Page Six, the Saturday Night Live alum is in a new relationship with a “non-celebrity” who’s “very different from anybody else he’s ever dated before.”
While her identity remains a mystery, the source says “she respects Pete and his desire for privacy” and that he’s “very happy” with his new connection.
His latest romance is a departure from his star-studded lineup of exes. ICYMI, Pete has a track record of dating some of Hollywood’s elite, including Cazzie David, Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale, Kaia Gerber, Margaret Qualley, Phoebe Dynevor, Chase Sui Wonders, Kim Kardashian, and Madelyn Cline.
“Although things are new for Pete, he really likes this woman,” the insider added. They revealed that Pete’s new girlfriend has his family’s stamp of approval, too. His mom, Amy Waters Davidson, and sister, Casey Davidson, reportedly “approve of this relationship and love seeing Pete so happy.”
Aside from his relationship, other sources say “things are going really well” for the comedian. After his latest movie Dog Man hit theaters in January, Pete made a rare public appearance at the SNL 50th anniversary special last month. According to People, he’s also spent $200,000 during the process of removing his signature tattoos.
“He just woke up one day and wanted them gone, and it’s been a years-long process,” the source told People. A separate source said that Pete’s tattoo removal is part of his fresh start, as he “has been sober since September, and gained twenty pounds.”
“Things are going really well for him,” the insider continued. “Things are heading in the right direction, and he’s receiving excellent reviews for the movie.”
Okay, loving this new era for Pete!
