Is Riverdale’s Madelaine Petsch Dating Rapper Tyga?

Madelaine Petsch and Tyga have sparked dating rumours after they attended a basketball match a couple of weeks ago and made a second appearance at Vanity Fair’s party.

Madelaine Petsch, best known for her stint in the 2017 Netflix series Riverdale, is reportedly dating rapper Tyga. In the past couple of weeks, the two have been spotted on several occasions, indicating a brewing romance. On February 19, the rumoured pair attended a basketball match at Crypto.com Arena, where the Los Angeles Lakers competed against the Charlotte Hornets. On Wednesday (February 26), Madelaine Petsch and Tyga once again fuelled speculations after arriving at Vanity Fair’s A Night for Young Hollywood party in California.

At the event, Madelaine Petsch and Tyga twinned in black outfits. Madelaine exuded feminine chic vibes in a noodle-strap sheer velvet dress. Tyga looked dapper in a T-shirt, layered with a leather jacket and matching pants.

According to a report by People, Madelaine Petsch and Tyga stayed close throughout the party. They posed briefly for the camera, sitting beside each other. For a click, Tyga gestured a peace sign as Madelaine looked at him affectionately. Reports further claim that the duo briefly interacted with Madelaine’s Riverdale co-star Lili Reinhart and her partner Jack Martin. After the glittery event was over, Madelaine and Tyga exited the venue hand-in-hand and got inside the same car.

Tyga was in a relationship with singer Avril Lavigne for about a few months before breaking ties with her in 2023. The Taste rapper was also in an on-and-off partnership with beauty mogul Kylie Jenner, before calling it quits in 2017. Tyga shares a 12-year-old son King Cairo with his former partner, model Blac Chyna.

Coming to Madelaine Petsch, the actress was linked to her friend, singer Hasley’s manager Anthony Li in 2022. Last year, Madelaine even posted a heartfelt message on Instagram celebrating a decade of her friendship with Anthony before parting ways in the same year.

Before that, Madelaine Petsch was dating rapper Travis Mills from 2017 to 2020. After they broke up, Travis uploaded a lengthy note on Instagram, noting that he was unable to “hold back tears” after saying goodbye to Madelaine.

Madelaine Petsch played the role of Cheryl Blossom in Riverdale. She was last seen in the 2024 film The Strangers: Chapter 1.
