Rainey Qualley (2020 – 2023)

Lewis started singer and model Rainey Qualley in September 2020.

She is the daughter of actress Andie MacDowell and former model Paul J. Qualley. Her younger sister is actress Margaret Qualley.

In September 2021, Rainey took to Instagram to mark her one-year anniversary with Lewis. She captioned the series of photos, “one year with my love ❤️.”

Lewis and Rainey made their red carpet debut as a couple in May 2022 at the San Diego premiere of his movie Top Gun: Maverick.

She posted on Instagram after the premiere, “My heart is so full for Lew! Such a special day getting to watch my baby shine so bright at the premier of Top Gun Maverick yesterday. In theatre’s everywhere May 22nd and I can’t wait for y’all to fall in love with Bob :)”

It’s not clear when Lewis and Rainey split, but their breakup was confirmed in August 2023 when she was seen flaunting PDA with musician Kane Ritchotte.
